Uprising Student Ministries is made up of students from all over the Los Angles and Orange Counties and is comprised of students with different ethnic backgrounds. We are a group of students that are not confined to a religion, we are a faith-based experience, we are Uprising.

Uprising is progressive and effective with many different areas in which to be involved. We have many weekly as well as annual activities that occur on a regular basis. We are also not afraid to be spontaneous (of which happens often) and try new things. We are constantly trying to find new ways of which we can be Uprising.

This ministry is based on two slogans:

1) “Be Progressive and Effective While Maintaining Balance”

2) “Change The Outer Shell, Keep The Inner Core”.

We are a group that does not follow the traditions that would so easily hinder other groups, we are rising above “any weight that would so easily beset us”.  If you are a person that does not like the status quo and is tired of being where you are at and wanting to experience something new, Uprising Student Ministries is the place for you!
